Common use of Establishment of Working Group Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Working Group. 1. Pursuant to Article 2.16.3(c), the Parties hereby establish a working group under the auspices of the Committee on Trade in Goods, comprising relevant and competent officials of each Party, to conduct consultations on matters related to non-tariff measures. 2. The working group shall consider approaches that may better facilitate trade between the Parties and present to the Parties the results of its consideration, including any recommendation, preferably within 12 months. The results of the consideration and recommendations of the working group shall be submitted to the Committee on Trade in Goods for consideration and/or action.
