Establishment Population. 4.1.1.HMPS shall provide the Operational Capacity and Certified Normal Accommodation (CNA) at the Establishment, as recorded in the table below. There is a legal requirement for any variations to Operational Capacity or CNA to be approved through the cell certification process set out in PSO 1900. Where there is a material difference between the commissioned Operational Capacity and CNA recorded in the table below and the certified levels, the Notice of Change process must be followed.
