Estate Recoveries. ASES (or another agency of the Government of Puerto Rico) will have the sole and exclusive right to pursue and recover correctly paid benefits from the estate of a deceased MiSalud Enrollee who was Medicaid Eligible in accordance with federal and Puerto Rico law. Such recoveries will be retained by ASES.
