Contractor Certifications. A. The Contractor certifies that: 1) The Contractor and all its subcontractors and agents used in conjunction with the performance of this Agreement are and shall remain authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia as either a domestic or foreign business entity. 2) Neither the Contractor nor any of its subcontractors or agents used in conjunction with the performance of this Agreement has been debarred from contracting for goods or services by the Commonwealth of Virginia or any Virginia public body. B. The City may void this Agreement if the Contractor fails to comply with the requirements of this Section.
Contractor Certifications. Unless contrary to federal law, Contractor shall certify that it shall not accept a bid to perform Work from Subcontractors as described in ORS 701.005 unless such Subcontractors are registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board in accordance with ORS Sections 701.021 to 701.068 at the time they submit bids. Unless contrary to federal law, Contractor shall certify that each landscape contractor, as defined in ORS 671.520(2), performing Work holds a valid landscape contractor’s license issued pursuant to ORS 671.560. The following notice is applicable to Contractors who perform excavation Work:
Contractor Certifications. The Contractor acknowledges and certifies the following: a. The Contractor has obtained and reviewed the DSHS AFH licensing laws and regulations and shall comply with the requirements set forth therein, and with all supplemental, successor or replacement requirements. b. The Contractor shall not accept any DSHS Client, or other individual, in excess of the Contractor’s licensed capacity, as stated on the Contractor’s DSHS AFH license. c. The Contractor shall maintain an AFH contract with the State of Washington at the address on the AFH license for the duration of this Contract. d. Does not have a disqualifying crime or negative action as described in chapter 388-113 WAC. e. The Contractor shall immediately notify, in writing, the Director of the Division of Residential Care Services, at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇/PO Box 45600, Olympia WA 98504- 5600, in the event that the Contractor accepts employment with the state of Washington, or if the Contractor hires an employee who is a current or former state of Washington employee.
Contractor Certifications. The undersigned, if this Contract is a signed hard copy, or the individual accepting and fulfilling this Contract, if it is in a form other than hard copy (together, “Contractor Representative”), certifies under penalty of perjury both individually and on behalf of Contractor that: 28.1 The undersigned is a duly authorized representative of Contractor, has been authorized by Contractor to make all representations, attestations, and certifications contained in this Contract and to execute this Contract on behalf of Contractor; 28.2 The undersigned is authorized to act on behalf of Contractor and that Contractor is, to the best of the undersigned’s knowledge, not in violation of any Oregon tax laws, including without limitation, those tax laws listed in ORS 305.380(4), namely ORS Chapters 118, 314, 316, 317, 318, 320, 321 and 323 and Sections 10 to 20, Chapter 533, Oregon Laws 1981, as amended by Chapter 16, Oregon Laws 1982 (first special session); the elderly rental assistance program under ORS 310.630 to 310.706; and any tax provisions imposed by a political subdivision of the State of Oregon; 28.3 To the best of the undersigned’s knowledge, Contractor has not discriminated against and will not discriminate against minority, women or emerging small business enterprises certified under ORS 200.055 in obtaining any required subcontracts; 28.4 Contractor and Contractor’s employees and agents are not included on the list titled “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury and currently found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/offices/enforcement/ofac/sdn/t11sdn.pdf; 28.5 Contractor is bound by and will comply with all requirements, terms and conditions contained in this Contract; and 28.6 Contractor is not a nonresident alien as defined in 26 USC § 7701(b)(1).
Contractor Certifications. Contractor represents and warrants to the City that it will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Contractor agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices setting forth the provisions of this nondiscrimination clause; and Contractor will state, in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of Contractor, that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
Contractor Certifications. Contractor represents and warrants Contractor shall comply with the entirety of Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 70.87, as well as codes and standards listed below or other applicable codes. Contractor Certifications. 33.1 By signing this contract, the Contractor certifies under the penalties of perjury that pursuant to General Laws c62C §49A, the Contractor has filed all state tax returns, paid all taxes and complied with all laws of the Commonwealth relating to taxes; and that pursuant to General Laws c151A, §19A, the Contractor has complied with all laws of the Commonwealth relating to contributions and payments in lieu of contributions. 33.2 By signing this contract, the Contractor certifies under the penalties of perjury that this contract has been obtained in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As such in this certification, the word “person” shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, client or other organization, entity or group of individuals.
Contractor Certifications. By signing this agreement, Contractor certifies compliance with the provisions of CCC 04/2017, Standard Contractor Certification Clauses. Contractor Certifications. If Contractor offers Goods under the Price Agreement, Contractor shall maintain its status as a manufacturer- authorized product reseller for the Goods throughout the Term of the Price Agreement. If Contractor offers installation and/or maintenance services under this Price Agreement, Contractor shall maintain its status as a manufacturer-authorized service provider. If any required status is discontinued, this Contract may be terminated.
Contractor Certifications. This Agreement includes the following contractor certifications, the forms of which are attached in Exhibit B, which must be completed by Contractor prior to commencement of the work on the Systems: 2.1.
