ESTIMATED BUDGET AND BUDGET TRANSFERS. 4.1. The estimated budget for the Project is set out in Annex 2. It contains the estimated eligible costs and the forms of costs, broken down by budget category as stated in the Grant application. 4.2. The estimated budget breakdown indicated in Annex 2 may be adjusted — without an amendment — by transfers of amounts between budget categories set out in Annex 2, if the Project is implemented as described in Annex 1.   • Cash Basis and Budget Laws The right of the City to enter into this Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Cash Basis Law (K.S.A. 10-1112 and 10-1113), the Budget Law (K.S.A. 79-2935), and all other laws of the State of Kansas. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted so as to ensure that the City shall at all times stay in conformity with such laws, and as a condition of this Agreement the City reserves the right to unilaterally sever, modify, or terminate this Agreement at any time if, in the opinion of its legal counsel, the Agreement may be deemed to violate the terms of such laws.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.

  • Budget 1. The Grantee budget for grant activities for the 2022 Summer Program and State fiscal year 2023 is $542,245. Any funds received under this grant will not be used to supplant funds normally budgeted for programs or service of the same or similar type.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than November 30 of each year during the implementation of the Project, an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all eligible Project activities and expenditures planned for the following FY, including a specification of the source or sources of financing for each contract for eligible expenditures and the percentage of financing of each contract from each such source.
