Common use of Estimated Operating Budget Clause in Contracts

Estimated Operating Budget. Purchaser understands that the estimated operating budget (the "Budget") contained in the Condominium Documents, which includes amounts necessary for payment of the Association's common expenses, only provide an estimate of what it will cost to run the Association during the period of time stated in the Budget. The Association may be required to make changes in the Budget from time to time to cover increases or decreases in actual expenses or in estimates based on information subsequently developed or received. The provisions of this Section 00.XX. shall survive Closing.
