ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to the approvals of the relevant authorities and parties being obtained, the Proposed Variation is expected to be implemented by the 3rd quarter of 2019.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. The Management Contract is expected to become unconditional by the second (2nd) quarter of 2018. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Development will span approximately 20 years from 2019 to 2038.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. Development of Land 1 will commence first, followed by the development of Land 2. The proposed development on Phase 1 of Plot 1 on Land 1 is estimated to complete by 2028. The entire Project is expected to be completed within twelve (12) years from the commencement date of the Project. It is expected that the physical work on the Project to commence in early 2025.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to all approvals being obtained, the Proposed Acquisition of Deodar is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.

ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to fulfilment of all the condition precedents as set out in the SPA, the Board expects the Proposed Disposal to be completed by April 2011.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to the Condition Precedent set out in the Agreement being obtained and fulfilled, the Proposed Award of Contract is expected to commence in the fourth (4th) quarter of 2017.
ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to the JV & SH Conditions Precedent as set out in Section 2.1.5.3 of this Announcement, the Proposed Joint Venture is to be effective by the first (1st) quarter of 2014.
