ETC Texas Pipeline Deliveries and Actions. At the Closing, ETC Texas Pipeline will execute and deliver to the Regency Parties, the following documents, so long as all of the conditions set forth in Article VI (other than those conditions which by their terms are only capable of being satisfied at the Closing, but subject to the satisfaction or due waiver of those conditions) have been satisfied or waived by the Party or Parties entitled to waive such conditions:
