Common use of ETO Payment Calculations Clause in Contracts

ETO Payment Calculations. At the nurse’s option, all hours actually 2 worked above the nurses FTE may be considered for purposes of compensating RNs 3 for ETO, and such hours will be calculated on the basis of the prior six (6) pay periods.
