EU-ETS Mandate Letter A duly executed original of the EU-ETS Mandate Letter, in a form acceptable to the Buyers and the applicable administering authority (the "Applicable Administering Authority") and evidence that such duly executed EU- ETS Mandate Letter has been provided to the Applicable Administering Authority under which the Charterers will establish a maritime operators holding account in order for the Charterers to (a) communicate to the Applicable Administering Authority the existence of the Charter and (b) mandate an organisation to comply with obligations under the EU-ETS Regulations on its behalf.
