Evidence of Buyers title On the Actual Delivery Date, the Certificate of Registry and/or transcript of register (or equivalent) of the Vessel issued by the registry of ships of the Approved Flag confirming that the Vessel is at least provisionally registered under that flag in the ownership of the Buyers.
