EU INITIAL TERM AND RENEWAL. (a) For each of the EU Countries within the Included Markets, the initial term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date, and continue through September 30, 2005, unless and until sooner terminated as provided herein. Following the initial term of this Agreement, the parties have the following options to renew the EU Term of this Agreement, subject to Section 10.3 below, under the same terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless and until sooner terminated as provided herein:
