Common use of EU SURVEY Clause in Contracts

EU SURVEY. 7.1 At the end of the mobility the Participant must send the EU Survey online, duly filled out within 30 days of receiving its draft. The Beneficiaries who do not fill out and submit the EU Survey could be obliged to return the received grant partially or entirely.

After the mobility the Participant must send the shall submit an on-line EU Survey online, duly filled out Participant Report - an online survey (as specified in Art. 4.3) within 30 calendar days upon receipt of receiving its draftthe email invitation to complete it. The Beneficiaries Participants who do not fill out and fail to submit the EU Survey could online report may be obliged required by the Sending Institution to return the received grant partially or entirelypart thereof. The remaining part of the grant shall not be paid out until the Participant completes the on-line EU Participant Report, provided the terms and conditions in article 4.4 are fulfilled.
