Transcript of Records. The receiving institution commits to provide the student with a Transcript of Records within a period stipulated in the exchange agreement and normally not longer than five weeks after publication/proclamation of the student’s results at the receiving institution. Grade distribution information should be included in the Transcript of Records or attached to it (a web link where this information can be found is enough).
Transcript of Records. A Transcript of Records will be issued by the receiving institution no later than 5 weeks after the assessment period has finished at the receiving HEI, given that the transcript form and all relevant course work documents have been submitted by the student. The inter-institutional agreement may be amended by mutual agreement. The inter-institutional agreement may be terminated by either party. In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. In the event of such notice being given, all existing commitments to staff or students will be fulfilled. Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict.

If the sending or the receiving institutions need to introduce other specific requirements, these can be added in the box in the first page (e.g. in case other contact people should be mentioned, for example, in the coordinating institution of a consortium).
Transcript of Records. The transcript of records represents the list of the exams that a student has taken and passed during his/her Erasmus period at the University xx Xxxxx. No failed courses will be listed. It substitute the «After the mobility» part of the Learning agreement. Please notice that it will be sent directly to your home institution within 5 weeks of the end of your Eramsus.

Transcript of Records. The participant shall submit this transcript within 10 days of the end of the mobility, or immediately after receipt of the document from the host organisation, whichever is earlier, but no later than 31 October 2025. The participant completes the participant report online, see Article 9.
