Evacuation and Mobilization Plans. Upon the Union's request, each Agency or work location shall provide to the Union for review and comment a copy of nonconfidential portions of existing emergency evacuation and mobilization plans. The Local Chapter president shall be entitled to make input into the annual mobilization plan review at the facility. Such input shall be on a confidential basis. The Union shall be entitled to consult with the Employer and make recommendations on the content of mobilization training. The Local Chapter President shall also be entitled to participation in the facility's post-mobilization critique if one is conducted.
