Evacuation Plans and Safety Zones. All staff will be informed of all of the evacuation plans and designated safe zones will be discussed with the sponsor and staff prior to the start of the blood drive including, but not limited to an active shooter on the premises, tornado and fire exits, etc. When evacuation plans and safety zone plans are unavailable the American Red Cross Emergency Action Plan will be the default guidance.
