Evaluation Instrument and Process. Any problems observed by an administrator in the performance of an instructor's job shall be brought to the attention of the employee in writing within fifteen (15) workdays in order for the employee to have the opportunity to improve such performance. Any such observation not brought to the employee's attention in this manner may not be included in the year-end evaluation. Educational Support Staff who have successfully completed their 4th year of service with the Tech Campus may be formally evaluated by administration biennially per administrative discretion.

  • Assignment and Subcontracting City and Consultant recognize and agree that this Agreement contemplates personal performance by Consultant and is based upon a determination of Consultant’s unique personal competence, experience, and specialized personal knowledge. Moreover, a substantial inducement to City for entering into this Agreement was and is the professional reputation and competence of Consultant. Consultant may not assign this Agreement or any interest therein without the prior written approval of the City.   • Union Insignia (a) A Union member shall have the right to wear or display the recognized insignia of the Union. The Union agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one Union shop card, for each of the Employer's places of operation covered by this Agreement, to be displayed on the premises. Such card will remain the property of the Union and shall be surrendered upon demand.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-CONTRACTING 19.1 The Contractor shall not assign or sub-contract any obligations under the Contract without the prior consent of the Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties.
