Common use of Evaluation of Administration Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Administration. Teachers shall have the opportunity to submit an evaluation of their site administrator either directly to the site administrator or to the site administrator’s evaluator. This evaluation will be provided to the employee prior to new contracts being sent, and without any identifying information. Identifying information includes name, gender, age, years of teaching, years in the district, grade level or subject taught and highest degree earned.
