Evaluation of Bids 27. 1 UNDP will conduct the evaluation solely on the basis of the Bids received. 27.2 Evaluation of Bids shall be undertaken in the following steps: a) Preliminary Examination including Eligibility b) Arithmetical check and ranking of bidders who passed preliminary examination by price. c) Qualification assessment (if pre-qualification was not done) a) Evaluation of Technical Bids b) Evaluation of prices Detailed evaluation will be focussed on the 3 - 5 lowest priced bids. Further higher priced bids shall be added for evaluation if necessary
