Evaluation of Design Consultant and General Contractor. At the conclusion of final Construction, Contractor shall assist BGS in the evaluation of the performance, by providing feedback, of the Design Consultant’s and General Contractor’s services, to the BGS Project Manager. If warranted, a subsequent meeting will occur after completion of the one-year warranty period and project closeout.
