Common use of Evaluation of Part-time, Temporary Replacement and Pro Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Part-time, Temporary Replacement and Pro. rata Faculty Evaluation of such faculty members shall occur both on- and off-campus on a regular basis to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the instructional program. Through the joint efforts of faculty and administration, the college shall conduct ongoing assessment of faculty performance using multiple indices including self-assessment, observation, and student-course evaluation.
