Common use of Evaluation Services Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Services. The Manager shall oversee and monitor ------------------- the performance of the Portfolios' investment adviser and shall furnish to the Trust such information, evaluations, analyses and opinions regarding said performance as the Trustees may, from time to time, reasonably request; provided, however, that the Manager shall have no authority to make and shall not make investment decisions for the Portfolios nor furnish any advice with respect to the desireability of making such investment decisions.
