Evaluation Timeline. To provide time to show progress in correcting the deficiencies identified in the evaluation process, the evaluation process shall be completed as follows: A. Each bargaining unit member will utilize a Psychologist 360 Evaluation Form as a part of the Evaluation Process. B. In any school year that the bargaining unit member’s contract of employment is not due to expire, at least one (1) evaluation shall be completed in that year. A written copy of the evaluation shall be provided to the bargaining unit member not later than the end of the bargaining unit member’s contract year. C. In any school year that the bargaining unit member’s contract of employment is due to expire, a first evaluation will be completed, with a written copy provided to the member, by January 31. A second evaluation will be completed, with a written copy provided to the member by April
