Evaluation Timeline. a. The evaluation process will be conducted at least once per semester by not later than the 60th day of the school year for all certified employees in years 1 or 2 of their contract with USD 290 or for teachers transitioning grade levels (intermediate to primary or primary to intermediate), building levels (elementary, middle, high) or content areas within the district. b. The evaluation process will be conducted at least one time per school year by not later than February 15 for all certified employees in years 3 or 4 of their contract with USD 290. c. The evaluation process will be conducted at least once every 3 years by not later than February 15th for all certified employees in years 5 and beyond of their contract with USD 290. d. An administrator may schedule an evaluation at any point beyond what is listed here, but must evaluate based upon this timeline.
