Evaluations of Non-Classroom Teachers. 7.141 The evaluation of non-classroom teachers (those who do not teach students at least 50% of their assigned time) shall be based upon two (2) formal observations in compliance with Section 7.6, walkthroughs in compliance with Section 7.4, and other performance indicators.
