Evening Conferences Clause Samples
The 'Evening Conferences' clause establishes the terms under which meetings or conferences may be held during evening hours. Evening Conferences. When an evening of attendance is required for evening conference, and compensating time is given by early dismissal, teacher attendance is required at the discretion of the Superintendent.
A. Placement on Salary Schedule
Evening Conferences. Two (2) evening sessions of Parent-Teacher Conferences will be scheduled each school year from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Teacher attendance will be determined by the Superintendent. There will be early dismissal for teachers at 12:30 P.M. on these days.
Evening Conferences. On the two (2) days designated for evening conferences Teachers shall schedule as many twenty (20) minute one-to- one parent-teacher conferences as possible during the evening session.
