Evening Premiums*. An employee shall receive a premium in addition to the regular rate of pay for all hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Effective October 31, 2011 the premium rate shall become $1.75/hr. and on March 31, 2015 the rate shall be $1.85/hr. (a) Increase of fifteen (15) cents ($0.15) effective date of ratification of this agreement; ($2.00 per hour); (b) Increase of fifteen (15) cents ($0.15) effective April 1, 2020; ($2.15 per hour); (c) Increase of twenty (20) cents ($0.20) effective March 31, 2021. ($2.35 per hour).
