Common use of Evening Premiums* Clause in Contracts

Evening Premiums*. An employee shall receive a premium in addition to the regular rate of pay for all hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Effective October 31, 2011 the premium rate shall become $1.75/hr. and on March 31, 2015 the rate shall be $1.85/hr. Employees shall continue to receive the hourly shift premium rate they received prior to the effective date of this Agreement, subject to the following increases:
