Common use of Event Participant Clause in Contracts

Event Participant. The individual named below (“Participant”) hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless radio station KATC-FM, KCSF-AM, KKFM-FM, KKMG-FM, KKPK-FM and KVOR-AM, Cumulus Media Inc., its subsidiary companies, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively “Cumulus”), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with Participant’s participation in the “World’s Largest Indoor Garage Sale” event being held on March 24, 2018 at Altered Reality Event Center, Colorado Springs, CO (the “Event”), meaning, without limitation, Participant’s acts and omissions or the acts or omissions of Participant’s employees, affiliates or representatives, and any products and services provided by Participant in connection with the Event.

The individual named below (“Participant”) hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless radio station KATC-FM, KCSF-AM, KKFM-FM, KKMG-FM, KKPK-FM and KVOR-AM, Cumulus Media Inc., its subsidiary companies, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively “Cumulus”), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with Participant’s participation in the “World’s Largest Indoor Garage Sale” event being held on March 2423rd, 2018 2019 at Altered Reality Colorado Springs Event Center, in Colorado Springs, CO (the “Event”), meaning, without limitation, Participant’s acts and omissions or the acts or omissions of Participant’s employees, affiliates or representatives, and any products and services provided by Participant in connection with the Event.
