Common use of Event Participation Clause in Contracts

Event Participation. a. The Event is a conference with teaching and activities based upon traditional Bible-based values and standards. b. We may refuse to accept or retain anyone as a participant at any time whenever, in our sole judgment, their behavior or conditions so warrants. In such case a proportionate refund will be made on the Registration Fee. No refund will be made for any airfare, hotel and/or other personal expenses.
