EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. We will not be liable or responsible in part or in whole for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”) in light of the impact of such Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event refers to the objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable.
