Disparaging Comments The Participant agrees that during the period of the Participant's employment with the Company and thereafter, the Participant shall not make any disparaging or defamatory comments regarding the Company or, after termination of his employment relationship with the Company, make any comments concerning any aspect of the termination of their relationship. The obligations of the Participant under this subsection shall not apply to disclosures required by applicable law, regulation or order of any court or governmental agency.
Suggestions We shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You, including Users, relating to the operation of the Services.

Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. This service interval is distinct from the interval applied to the subsequent service order.
Advice and Commentary 6.1. The Company will not advise the Client about the merits of a particular Order or give him any form of investment advice and the Client acknowledges that the Services do not include the provision of investment advice in Financial Instruments or the Underlying Markets or Assets. The Client alone will decide how to handle his Client Account and place Orders and take relevant decisions based on his own judgment. 6.2. The Company will not be under any duty to provide the Client with any legal, tax or other advice relating to any Transaction. The Client may wish to seek independent advice before entering into a Transaction. 6.3. The Company may, from time to time and at its discretion, provide the Client (or in newsletters which it may post on its Website or provide to subscribers via its Website or otherwise) with information, news, market commentary or other information but not as part of its Services to the Client. Where it does so: (a) The Company will not be responsible for such information. (b) The Company gives no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, correctness or completeness of such information or as to the tax or legal consequences of any related Transaction. (a) This information is provided solely to enable the Client to make his own investment decisions and does not amount to investment advice or unsolicited financial promotions to the Client. Input Client shall be solely responsible for the input, transmission, or delivery to and from Fiserv of all information and data required by Fiserv to perform Services unless Client has retained Fiserv to handle such responsibilities, as specifically set forth in the Exhibits. The information and data shall be provided in a format and manner approved by Fiserv. Client will provide at its own expense or procure from Fiserv all equipment, computer software, communication lines, and interface devices required to access the Fiserv System. If Client has elected to provide such items itself, Fiserv shall provide Client with a list of compatible equipment and software; Client agrees to pay Fiserv's standard fee for recertification of the Fiserv System resulting therefrom.
