Evidence of Authority; Miscellaneous. Both parties will deliver to the Title Company and each other such evidence or documents as may reasonably be required by the Title Company or either party hereto evidencing the power and authority of Seller and Purchaser and the due authority of, and execution and delivery by, any person or persons who are executing any of the documents required hereunder in connection with the sale of the Property. Both parties will execute and deliver such other documents as are reasonably required to effect the intent of this Agreement.
