Common use of Evidence of Financing Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Financing. Developer shall have provided written proof reasonably acceptable to Authority that Developer has obtained a commitment for equity contributions, affordable housing subsidies and loans, subject to customary conditions, for the Primary Loan, including the construction and permanent financing of the Apartment Complex, and Authority shall have reasonably approved such financing commitment for the Primary Loan pursuant to Section 311. The Primary Loan construction financing for the Apartment Complex shall have closed prior to or be ready to close concurrently with the Closing and initial disbursement of Authority Loan pursuant to Sections 204 and 208.9.

Evidence of Financing. Developer shall have provided written proof reasonably acceptable to obtained, and Authority that Developer has obtained shall have approved, a commitment for equity contributions, a reservation of Tax Credits, and other affordable housing subsidies and and/or loans, subject to customary conditions, for and the Primary Loan, including the construction financing and permanent financing of the Apartment Complexcommitment for Phase I in form and substance acceptable to Developer, all subject to customary conditions, and Authority shall have reasonably approved such financing commitment for the Primary Loan pursuant to Section 3113.10. The Primary Loan construction financing for the Apartment Complex Phase I shall have closed prior to or be ready to close concurrently with the Closing and initial disbursement of Authority Loan pursuant to Sections 204 and 208.9.for Phase I.

Evidence of Financing. Developer shall have provided written proof reasonably acceptable to Authority that Developer has obtained a commitment commitments for equity contributions, reservation of Tax Credits, AHP Loan, as applicable, and other approved affordable housing subsidies and and/or loans, subject to customary conditions, for and the Primary Loan, Loan (including the construction and permanent financing of financing) for the Apartment ComplexProject, all subject to customary conditions, and Authority shall have reasonably approved such financing commitment for the Primary Loan commitments pursuant to Section 311310. The Primary Loan construction financing for the Apartment Complex Project shall have closed prior to cl or be ready to close and fund osed and funded prior to concurrently with the Closing and initial disbursement of for the Authority Subordinate Loan pursuant to Sections 204 and 208.9for the Project.

The Primary Loan construction financing for the Apartment Complex Project shall have closed prior to or be ready to close concurrently with the Closing and initial disbursement of Authority Loan pursuant to Sections 204 and 208.9for the Project.
