Common use of Evidence of Financing Clause in Contracts

Within 10 days after mutual execution of this Agreement, Purchaser shall provide to Seller and Escrow Agent a copy of a loan commitment or an unconditional statement of availability of funds satisfactory to Seller, with respect to the purchase of the Unit (the “Evidence of Financing”).
