Evidence of Insurance Cover. 18.4.1 All insurance obtained by the Facility Manager in accordance with this Article shall be maintained with insurer or reinsurers and on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. 18.4.2 Within 45 (forty five) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Facility Manager shall furnish to Authority, copies of certificates of insurance, copies of the insurance policies signed by an authorised representative of the insurer and copies of all premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance received from each insurance carrier and such insurance will not be cancelled, changed or not renewed until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after written notice of such cancellation, change of non-renewal has been received by Authority.
