Common use of Evidence of Insurance Cover Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Supplier [and by the Developer if Supplier is a Trading Licensee] in accordance with this Article 15 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Supplier shall furnish to the Utility, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Supplier to the Utility .

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Supplier Service Provider shall furnish in writing to the UtilityAuthority, if so requested by the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Supplier Service Provider to the Utility Authority.

All insurances obtained by the Supplier [and by the Developer if Supplier is a Trading Licensee] Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 15 20 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. 20.3.2. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Supplier Concessionaire shall furnish to the UtilityAuthority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Supplier Concessionaire to the Utility Authority.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Supplier shall furnish to the UtilityAggregator, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Supplier to the Utility Aggregator .

Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Supplier [and by the Developer if Supplier is a Trading Licensee] Service Provider in accordance with this Article 15 Clause 28 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Supplier Service Provider shall furnish to the UtilityContracting Authority, notarised certified true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies policies, any renewals, and premium premia payment receipts together with any excesses in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Supplier to the Utility .,
