Common use of Evidence of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of all other insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in Section 7.07 hereof and otherwise set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing general liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of general liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee for claims in excess of $10,000,000 (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders, under such liability and casualty insurance policies maintained with respect to the assets and properties of the Loan Parties that constitute substantially all of the Collateral.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing general comprehensive liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited towithout limitation, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersLenders and each Lender as additional insured and copies of credit insurance policies insuring foreign Accounts to be included as Eligible Accounts Receivable.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Domestic Loan Parties evidencing liability liability, casualty and casualty flood insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Note Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee and/or mortgagee (in the case of hazard insurance) ), as applicable, on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Domestic Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, Documents and naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan DocumentsDocuments (to the satisfaction of the Required Lenders), including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Control Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lendersholders of the Obligations.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders, and including affirmative flood insurance coverage where appropriate.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower and its Subsidiaries evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing general liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of general liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee for claims in excess of $10,000,000 (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or and loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties New Acquisition Subsidiaries evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee and/or mortgagee, if applicable, (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Obligors evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of all other insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in Section 7.07 hereof and otherwise set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, Documents and naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies, endorsements to insurance policies or and/or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or , and the Administrative Agent as loss payee or mortgagee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf under all insurance policies with respect to the assets and properties of the LendersCredit Parties that constitute Collateral.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan DocumentsSection 7.07, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersLenders to the extent required by Section 7.07.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Consolidated Group (other than the Foreign Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries) evidencing liability liability, flood hazard and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of flood hazard and casualty insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited towithout limitation, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.Lenders as additional insured and copies of credit insurance policies insuring foreign Accounts to be included as Eligible Accounts Receivable. Each loss payee endorsement shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit L.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Control Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Collateral Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders).

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Control Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of with respect to the Loan Parties Borrower and its Subsidiaries evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting insurance, which complies with the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited toDocuments and describes in reasonable detail the types and amounts of coverage, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or and loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.payee, as appropriate;

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parent and the Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties members of the Consolidated Group evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the 53 requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.Lenders and as additional insured and copies of credit insurance policies insuring foreign Accounts to be included as Eligible Accounts Receivable. Each loss payee endorsement shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit L.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Obligors evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent or Control Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the New Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan DocumentsDocuments (and, including, but to the extent not limited to, naming delivered to the Administrative Agent as additional insured (prior to the date hereof and in full force and effect, with respect to the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersExisting Loan Parties).

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing general liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of general liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee for claims in excess of $10,000,000 (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lendersholders of the Obligations.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the applicable Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the applicable Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Domestic Lenders or the Canadian Lenders, as applicable.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties members of the Consolidated Group evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited towithout limitation, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or sole loss payee (in the case of hazard casualty insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) ), lenders’ loss payable or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing general liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of general liability insurance) or loss payee for claims in excess of $10,000,000 (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties and endorsements evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Xxxxxx’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties members of the Consolidated Group evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing general comprehensive liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited towithout limitation, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersLenders and each Lender as additional insured, as applicable, and copies of credit insurance policies insuring foreign Accounts to be included as Eligible Accounts Receivable.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower evidencing liability liability, casualty and casualty builder's risk insurance issued by companies satisfactory to the Lenders in their sole discretion and otherwise meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or and sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance and builder's risk insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower or the Servicer on its behalf evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or and sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.
