Common use of Evidence of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's ’s insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's Restricted Persons’ insurance broker or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to it them that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 6.8 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has have been named as additional insured and/or and loss payee thereunder as its interests may appear and to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 6.8.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from CompanyBorrower's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Upon request of Administrative Agent, Company shall deliver to Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 6.4B is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.6.4B.

Evidence of Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's the Credit Parties’ insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it them that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 6.5 is in full force and effect and that the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or insured, mortgagee and loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 6.5.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from CompanyCovanta's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 5.4 is in full force and effect and that Collateral Agent and/or Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.45.4.

Syndication Agent and Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from CompanyHolding's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 5.5 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf Agent, for the benefit of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or and loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 5.5.

Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's and/or Borrowers' respective insurance broker brokers or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 5.4 with respect to Company and its Domestic Subsidiaries is in full force and effect and that Administrative Collateral Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.45.4.

Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's Borrower’s insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 6.5 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.46.5.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's Borrowers’ insurance broker or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 5.05 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf Collateral Agent, for the benefit of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or and loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 5.05. The Administrative Agent shall be reasonably satisfied with the amount, types, and terms and conditions of all insurance maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries.

Evidence of Insurance. Arranging Agent and Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from CompanyBorrower's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Arranger and Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's Borrower’s insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 of this Agreement is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.46.4 of this Agreement.

Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate (together with endorsements) from Company's ’s insurance broker or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's the Credit Parties' insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 6.5 is in full force and effect and that the Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders the Noteholders has been named as additional insured and/or and loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 6.5.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate certificates from Company's the insurance broker brokers of Borrower and BJI or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's the insurance broker of the Restricted Persons or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all of the insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 4.8 is in full force and effect and that (i) the Administrative Agent on behalf of and the Lenders have been named as “additional insureds” and (ii) the Administrative Agent has been named as additional insured and/or a “lender loss payee payee,” as applicable, thereunder and to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 4.8.

Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it Agents that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 5.5 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf Agent, for the benefit of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or and loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 5.5.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and an effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's certificates of insurance broker or other evidence in form reasonably satisfactory to it the Administrative Agent evidencing that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent Agent, on behalf of Lenders Lenders, has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's ’s insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it and to Lenders that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that (i) all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.46.4 and (ii) certifying coverage currently in effect for Securities Litigation.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent Agents shall have received a certificate from CompanyBorrower's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it them confirming that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's Lead Borrower’s insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 5.05 is in full force and effect and endorsements evidencing that Administrative Agent on behalf Agent, for the benefit of Lenders Secured Parties, has been named as additional insured and/or and lender’s loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 5.05. The Administrative Agent shall be satisfied with the amount, types, and terms and conditions of all insurance maintained by Lead Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's ’s insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.. 51 Credit Agreement

Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's Borrower’s insurance broker or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 Section 6.8 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has have been named as additional insured and/or and loss payee thereunder as its interests may appear and to the extent required under subsection 6.4Section 6.8.
