Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Agent as sole loss payee on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Consolidated Parties evidencing worker’s compensation insurance, liability insurance, casualty insurance and casualty business interruption insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Agent as sole loss payee on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Collateral Agent as sole loss payee on behalf of the Lenders.
