Common use of Evidence of Sale Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Sale. Prior to the applicable Transfer Date, Purchaser and Seller shall execute and deliver the documents required by each Investor in connection with the transfer of the Servicing Rights hereunder, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser and Seller, and shall execute and deliver such other instruments or documents as Purchaser shall reasonably determine are necessary or appropriate to evidence the transactions contemplated hereby.

Evidence of Sale. Prior to the applicable Transfer Sale Date, the Purchaser and the Seller shall execute and deliver the documents required by each Investor in connection with the transfer of the Servicing Rights hereunder, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser and Seller, the Seller and shall execute and deliver such other instruments or documents as Purchaser shall reasonably determine are necessary or appropriate to evidence the transactions contemplated herebyin compliance with Applicable Requirements.

Evidence of Sale. The Purchaser and Sellerthe Owner, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, shall also execute and deliver such other instruments or documents as the Purchaser and the Owner shall reasonably determine are necessary or appropriate to evidence the transactions contemplated hereby.

The Purchaser and the Owner, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, shall also execute and deliver such other instruments or documents as the Purchaser and the Owner shall reasonably determine are necessary or appropriate to evidence the transactions contemplated hereby.

On the Sale Date, the Seller and the Purchaser shall execute and deliver a Xxxx of Sale and such other instruments or documents as the Purchaser and the Seller shall reasonably determine are necessary or appropriate to evidence the transactions contemplated hereby.
