Evidence Technician Sample Clauses

Evidence Technician. A Police Support Specialist assigned the duties of Evidence Technician shall have five percent (5%) added to their pay rate for the duration of the assignment. A Police Support Specialist required to substitute for the assigned Police Support Specialist in the latter’s absence for more than two (2) hours per continuous absence will receive the five percent (5%) differential for each hour of substitution, including the first two (2) hours.

Evidence Technician. A maximum of one employee per shift assigned as the certified evidence technician and performing such duties will receive an additional 5% above their regular rate of pay for the period of such assignment and 1% while on stand by. Management retains the right to maintain lists of active and stand by employees. No pyramiding, does not apply to overtime or deferred comp.
Evidence Technician. Employees designated as Evidence Technicians shall receive a yearly stipend of five- hundred dollars ($500) in the last full pay period in November of each year of this Agreement.

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable Medical Equipment is equipment that is Medically Necessary for treatment of an illness or Accidental Injury or to prevent further deterioration. This equipment is designed for repeated use and used to treat a medical condition or illness, and includes items such as oxygen equipment, functional wheelchairs, and crutches. Durable Medical Equipment may require Prior Authorization. Only Durable Medical Equipment considered standard and/or basic as defined by nationally recognized guidelines are Covered.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.
