Common use of Evoenergy's Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evoenergy's Insurance. (a) Evoenergy must obtain and maintain, with a reputable insurance company, public liability insurance and such other insurances as may be required to satisfy the requirements of any licence or authorisation needed to operate the Network, covering liability: (i) for bodily injury, death or loss of or damage to property; and (ii) up to any maximum amounts of liability as may be required under any such licence or authorisation, or as otherwise reasonably determined by Evoenergy. (b) Whenever reasonably requested by the User, Evoenergy must give the User reasonable evidence (such as a certificate of currency) as to its insurance coverage in place pursuant to clause 28.1(a).
