Common use of Evolutionary Clause Clause in Contracts

Evolutionary Clause. The Parties undertake to review this Agreement in light of further developments in international economic relations, inter alia in the framework of the WTO, and to examine in this context and in light of any other relevant factor the possibility of further developing and deepening their cooperation under this Agreement and of extending it to areas not covered therein. The Joint Committee shall regularly examine this possibility and, where appropriate, make recommendations to the Parties, particularly with a view to opening negotiations.
