Exchange of Concessions. 1. The Parties to this Agreement shall mutually allocate concessions set forth in Protocol I in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. 2. Taking into account the role of agriculture in their respective economies, the development of trade in agricultural products, the high sensitivity of agricultural products and the rules of their respective agricultural policy, the Parties shall examine in the Joint Committee the possibilities of granting further concessions to each other in trade in agricultural products.

Exchange of Concessions. 1. The Contracting Parties shall grant each other the concessions specified in Protocol 1 to this Agreement as laid down in that Protocol and in accordance with provisions of this Chapter. 2. Taking into account the role of agriculture in their economies, the development of trade in agricultural and food products between the Contracting Parties, the particular sensitivity of the agricultural products, the rules of their agricultural policies, the results of the multilateral trade negotiations under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, the Contracting Parties shall examine the possibilities of granting each other further concessions.
Exchange of Concessions. 1. The Parties to this Agreement declare their readiness to xxxxxx, in so far as their agricultural policies allow, the harmonious development of trade in agricultural products and to discuss this issue periodically in the Joint Committee. 2. In pursuance of this objective Protocol II providing the reciprocal concessions granted under this Agreement to facilitate trade in agricultural products has been concluded between the Parties. 3. Taking into account the role of agriculture in their respective economies; the development of trade in agricultural products between the Parties; the rules of their respective agricultural policies, the Parties shall progressively establish a greater liberalization of their trade in agricultural products of interest to both Parties. 4. During the annual meeting of the Joint Committee the Parties shall examine the situation in order to implement the objective set out in the paragraph 3, taking into consideration the development of the liberalization of trade in agricultural products under the WTO. 5. The Parties shall notify to the Joint Committee of the changes in their respective agricultural policies pursued or measures applied, which may affect the conditions of agricultural trade between the Parties as provided for in this Agreement. On the request of a Party prompt consultations within the Joint Committee shall be held to examine the situation.

In pursuance of this objective Protocol A providing for measures to facilitate trade in agricultural, processed agricultural and fishery products has been concluded between Turkey and Israel. 3. Turkey and Israel shall progressively establish a greater liberalization of their trade in agricultural products of interest to both Parties. Turkey and Israel agree to examine the possibility of granting each other further concessions within the framework of the Joint Committee.

Exchange of Concessions. 1. The Parties decided to determine the products which will be subject to preferential treatment by the Joint Committee procedure as referred to in Article 43. 2. In this regard, the Joint Committee is hereby authorized to meet at the earliest convenience upon the entry into force of this Agreement to initiate the negotiations on concessions in trade of basic and processed agricultural products and fisheries and to establish the Annexes of Protocol I to this Agreement.

Taking account of: − the role of agriculture in their economies, − the development of trade in agricultural products between the Parties, − the particular sensitivity of the agricultural products, − the rules of their agricultural policies, − the results of the multilateral trade negotiations under the WTO, the Parties shall examine within the framework of the Joint Committee referred in Article 34 of this Agreement (hereinafter called “Joint Committee”) the possibilities of granting each other further concessions in trade in agricultural products.

Taking into account the role of agriculture in their respective economies, the development of trade in agricultural products and the rules of their respective agricultural policies, the Parties shall examine in the Joint Committee the possibilities of granting further concessions to each other in trade in agricultural products. If a decision to improve the conditions of access is agreed, the Parties will evaluate the increase of the current quotas and the reduction or elimination of customs duties.
