Examination of Custodial Files. Upon reasonable prior written notice to the Custodian but not less than two (2) Business Days notice, the Trustee and its agents, accountants, attorneys and auditors will be permitted during normal business hours to examine the Custodial Files, documents, records and other papers in the possession of or under the control of the Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans at the expense of the Trustee.

Examination of Custodial Files. Upon reasonable (but in no event less than two Business Days) prior written notice to the Custodian, the Master Servicer, each Servicer and the Trustee and their respective agents, accountants, attorneys, auditors and prospective purchasers will be permitted during the Custodian's normal business hours to examine the Custodial Files, documents, records and other papers in the possession of or under the control of the Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans at the expense of the requesting party.
