Exceeding of Capacity and Overrun Fee. (1) In accordance with the procedure defined in the Operating Manual the customer may use non-contractual capacities (exceeding of capacity). Aforementioned sentence 1 shall not be deemed to create an entitlement for use of capacities beyond the contractually agreed capacities.
