Injection Characteristics. The maximally usable injection rate according to number 1.1 above is useable irrespective of a characteristic.
Injection Characteristics. The maximally usable injection rate is subject to the following characteristic restriction: • The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI the contracted total of injection rate (IR100%) up to 100 %. • Above the working gas account balance of WGABI the maximally usable injection rate shall be reduced linearly, but shall not fall short of the maximally usable injection rate of IRred.
Injection Characteristics. The injection characteristic of the storage facility Xxxxxxxxx is defined as follows: The maximally usable injection rate is subject to the following characteristic restriction: • Starting from an empty storage contract (working gas account 0) the maximally usable injection rate increases linearly from the IRred1 up to the overall contracted injection rate IR100%. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI1 up to a working gas account balance of WGABI2 the customer shall be entitled to use the overall contracted injection rate IRred100% up to 100 %. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI2 the maximally usable injection rate shall be reduced linearly, but shall not fall short of the maximally usable injection rate does not fall below IRred2. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI3 up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100 % the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred2.
Injection Characteristics. The chart below shows the injection characteristic of the contract that is schematically shown and described hereafter. The parameters IR100%, IRred, WGABI, WGABInt and WGAB100% used in this schematic chart and explained in the characteristic description are specified for the firm injection characteristic in the table under number 2.2. and for the overall injection char- acteristic in the table under number 2.3. The maximally usable injection rate is therefore subject to the characteristic restriction as described below:  The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI the totally contracted injection rate (IR100%) up to 100%.  From a working gas account balance of WGABI up to a working gas account balance of WGABInt the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred.  From a working gas account balance of WGABInt up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100% the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred but on an interruptible basis only, i.e. depending on VGS’s ability and capability.
Injection Characteristics. The maximally usable injection rate is subject to the following characteristic restriction:  The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI the contracted total of injection rate (IR100%) up to 100%.  From a working gas account balance of WGABI up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100% the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred. The following characteristic parameters apply to the firm capacities of working gas vol- ume and injection rate contracted by the customer: Period 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. IR100 % MWh/h IRred MWh/h WGABI GWh WGAB100 % GWh […] – […] […] […] […] […]
Injection Characteristics. The maximally usable injection rate is subject to the following characteristic restriction:  The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI the contracted total of injection rate (IR100%) up to 100 %.  From a working gas account balance of WGABI up to a working gas account balance of 95 % of the totally contracted working gas volume (WGABint) the customer shall be en- titled to use an injection rate up to IRred.  From a working gas account balance of WGABint up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100 % customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred but on an in- terruptible basis only, i.e. depending on VGS’s ability and capability. The following characteristic parameters result from the firm capacities of working gas volume and injection rate contracted by the customer: Service Period IR100 % IRred WGABI WGABInt WGAB100 %

  • Characteristics The Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Contract with the latest maturity is due no later than July 27, 2030. Approximately 63.90% of the Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 36.10% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.

  • Physical File Characteristics 7.2.1 The EODUF feed will be distributed to Comcast Phone over their existing Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) feed.
