Common use of Exception for Area Covered by Specific Plan Clause in Contracts

Exception for Area Covered by Specific Plan. Where a specific plan has been adopted for an area in compliance with Chapter 17.56 and Government Code Section 65450 et seq., the zones, development standards, and other provisions of the specific plan and any implementing ordinance adopted in compliance with that plan shall supersede the provisions of this Title. In the event that a specific plan implementing ordinance does not address an issue, the provisions of this Title shall apply.
