Exception Item Pull. According to the documented timeframe in Section 11, Processing Times, the transmission of Client's complete Account Exception Item File from Client's Data Processing Services Provider to Fidelity will be completed. Fidelity will make Exception Items available for Client review and available for pickup by Client or Client's courier by the timeframe documented in Section 11, Processing Times; provided, however, that Fidelity will have at least four (4) hours to process the Exception Items file from Client's Data Processing Service Provider.

  • Work Schedule Within ten (10) days after the execution of this Lease, Landlord will deliver to Tenant, for Tenant's review and approval, a schedule ("Work Schedule") which will set forth the timetable for the planning and completion of the installation of the Tenant Improvements and the Commencement Date of the Lease. The Work Schedule will set forth each of the various items of work to be done or approval to be given by Landlord and Tenant in connection with the completion of the Tenant Improvements. If Tenant fails to approve the Work Schedule, as it may be modified after discussions between Landlord and Tenant within five (5) business days after the date the Work Schedule is first received by Tenant, the Work Schedule shall be deemed to be approved by Tenant as submitted or Landlord may, at its option, terminate the Lease upon written notice to Tenant.
